Born in Pakistan, Nighat and Rooziman Shah began their pursuit of the American Dream by managing a gas station. Their hard work and dedication led to their first purchase of their own gas station. Today, they have a keen interest in remodeling and repurposing not only existing gas stations, but banks, a practice of both business growth and environmental conservation. One such example of a ‘bank to gas station’ renovation is the Exxon on Houston Levee at Wolf River Boulevard in Collierville.
